Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a woman from Saint Charles MO USA, born in 1978.

My goals are: I wish to finish my first triathlon on June 15th. I plan on signing up for several biathlon’s before that time. I also would like to drop about 3 pounds a week during training for the first 6 weeks.

My other favorite activities include: Volleyball and Mountain Biking.

I organize an adult women’s club volleyball team and enjoy camping and mountain biking as well. I’m going to attempt my first tri this summer!

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.

You should check out the 5K for the Renaud Spirit Complex (O’Fallon MO) on the 30th of this month. Its a small run but really nice to get the race gitters out. Also I know that in October I believe there is a marathon in St. Charles. If you know of any info on that just let me know cause I really want to run in that one.
